Warranty Conditions – Saxonette Classic

 SACHS FAHRZEUG- UND MOTOREN TECHNIK provides warranty on this product as follows:

 1.     Within 6 months of date of purchase, defects based on material or manufacture shall be eliminated at our discretion free of charge (rectification), by way of either repair or replacement of the defective part. Parts replaced shall become our property.

 2.     No warranty shall be upheld for damage due to normal wear, overloading, e.g. in sports events, improper alterations, e.g. carried out by workshops not authorised by SACHS FAHRZEUG- UND MOTOREN TECHNIK or non-compliance with operating and maintenance instructions.

 Claims under this warranty can only be lodged with the seller or an authorised SACHS FAHRZEUG- UND MOTOREN TECHNIK workshop, whereby the properly filled-out warranty certificate and service checklists must be submitted.
