Safety
This vehicle does not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and is not intended for operation on public streets, roads or highways. Serious injury can result from unsafe operation of this vehicle. The operator can minimise these assumed risks by wearing recommended safety equipment. Safety Helmet, Goggles, Gloves, Elbow pads, Kneepads and Appropriate shoes should be worn. Do not operate the scooter in Traffic or on Wet, Frozen, Oily or Unpaved surfaces.

Folding Feature
The folded scooter is easily portable. If you want to put it in the drive position, you have to unlock the steering column from the deck, This is down by pulling down the release lever located at the top of the steerer tube, The Steerer tube lifted into the drive position and the moveable sleeve is shifted down to lock the steerer column into place

 

Running The Engine
Before running the engine make sure that all screws and bolts are properly fastened. 
Fill the tank with the recommended fuel mixture. Recommended 30:1 Mixture for the run-in period (At least the 1st Three Fills) Then a 50:1 Mix after run-in.

Fuel to be pre-mixed in a 5Ltr Jerry Can

Run-In Period 
165mls of Shell 2 Stroke Lawn Mower Oil to 5Ltrs of Regular Unleaded Fuel

After Run-In 
100mls of Shell 2 Stroke Lawn Mower Oil to 5Ltrs of Regular Unleaded Fuel

Always re-fuel with the engine off. 

Engine Starting

Step 1: Press the primer Button (A) 5-6 Times, until you can see and feel the fuel flowing into the fuel outlet (C). Press the Start Button (B) Once.

Step 2: Firmly pull the Starter Rope 1 to 4 times (Never pull right out) while giving a half turn on the throttle, If the engine doesn't start press the primer button (A) 2-3 more times, press the Start button again and Pull Starter Rope again.

(When the engine is already warm the above mentioned operation is not necessary)

Once the engine has started, let it Idle for at least 1 minute before riding

For the first 10 Hours of use the engine should be run at a moderate speed.

Riding

After having read your owners manual you are ready to ride.
Place one foot on the scooter while gently pulling on the throttle, as the scooter begins to move place other foot onto the scooter as well.

Periodic Maintenance 

The Spark Plug should be cleaned and if necessary decaled after 25 hours running time.
The Spark gap should also be checked for this, Recommended air gap is 0.5mm

Screws and Nuts should be checked after 25 hours of use

Air Filter Should be carefully cleaned and dried after 25 hours

The Muffler- After 50 Hours remove the Muffler from the cylinder and then descale the exhaust port of bath the muffler and the cylinder, paying attention that no scales get into the cylinder
